Couture, a former UFC Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight Champion, last fought as a heavyweight at UFC 39 in 2002. The star-studded undercard is highlited by the return of two former champions - Matt Hughes (welterweight) and Rich Franklin (middleweight). A total of 9 bouts.

UFC 68 was the first UFC event ever held inside the state of Ohio, and coincided with the 20th annual Arnold Sports Festival (over 100,000 attendees).
The SOLD-OUT event produced the highest live attendance in North American mixed martial arts history with over 19,000 attendees.
Randy Couture is the only athlete to have held championship titles in both the heavyweight and light heavyweight divisions of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, as well as the only five-time champion in UFC history, earning him the nicknames "The Natural" and, later, "Captain America".
